    Abstract: A control method and control module for a permanent magnet synchronous motor is disclosed. The control method comprises the following steps: obtaining a motor rotational speed, a first difference value between an actual quadrature-axis current iq and a target quadrature-axis current iq_Ref, and a second difference value between an actual direct-axis current id and a target direct-axis current id_Ref; determining whether or not the motor rotational speed is greater than or equal to a preset rotational speed threshold value; and adjusting a direct-axis voltage Ud according to the first difference value and adjusting a quadrature-axis voltage Uq according to the second difference value when the motor rotational speed is greater than or equal to the rotational speed threshold value. The control method can take into account the motor rotational speed to selectively adjust the quadrature-axis voltage Uq and the direct-axis voltage Ud on the basis of the quadrature-axis current iq or the direct-axis current id such that the fluctuation of the target quadrature-axis current iq and the actual direct-axis current id at any motor rotational speed is small.

    Abstract: A laminated rotor core for a rotor of a permanently excited electric machine and to a method for producing same are provided. The laminated rotor core consists of a plurality of stacked lamination rings, each lamination ring consisting of a plurality of circular segments. Each circular segment has multiple receiving openings, which are arranged in a V-shaped manner relative to each other in pairs, for permanent magnets and multiple passages for respective fixing elements. The laminated rotor core is mounted on a holding disc using the fixing elements, which run in the passages of the laminated rotor core.

    Abstract: A sway bar disconnect assembly for a motor vehicle includes a first bar segment for being connected to a first wheel, a second bar segment for being connected to a second wheel, and a disconnect clutch configured for being selectively movable between a connect orientation in which the disconnect clutch non-rotatably fixes the first bar segment and the second bar segment together and a disconnect orientation in which the disconnect clutch rotationally decouples the first bar segment and the second bar segment from each other. The disconnect clutch includes a first clutch section non-rotatably fixed to the first bar segment and a second clutch section non-rotatably fixed to the second bar segment. The first clutch section includes axially displaceable male connectors and the second clutch section includes female connectors shaped for receiving the male connectors in the connect orientation. The disconnect clutch also includes an axially movable disconnector configured for axially contacting the male connectors, and an actuator configured for axially moving the disconnector to force the male connectors out of engagement with the female connectors causing the disconnect clutch to enter into the disconnect orientation.

    Abstract: The disclosure relates to an electric steering device for controlling a vehicle, that includes a rotation angle encoder, a steering wheel, an electric motor, connected with mechanical action to the steering wheel, a steering actuator arranged at a road end, and a control unit.
