摘要： A hermetic electric compressor including sealed container and coil spring provided for elastically supporting electric compression element housed in sealed container. A consideration has been made to avoid the coincidence in the resonance frequency between coil spring mounted with electric compression element and mechanical vibration caused by electric compression element, or a cavity formed in space. By so doing, creation of a resonation with coil spring is suppressed, and noises and vibrations with the hermetic electric compressors are reduced.

摘要： A suction muffler receives low-temperature refrigerant gas discharged into a hermetic container from a suction pipe by a gas catcher, and feeds the gas to a compressor. The lower end of an opening of the gas catcher is located at a position lower than the lower end of an orifice of the suction pipe so as to catch the refrigerant gas falling obliquely downward inside the hermetic container.

摘要： A sealed compressor for use in a refrigerator includes a sealed housing having an interior communicated to the outside of the sealed housing through a discharge tube, a compressor element accommodated within the sealed housing, an electric element accommodated within the sealed housing for driving the compressor element, and a coupling tube fluid-connecting the compressor element and the discharge tube within the sealed housing. To avoid a resonant motion of the coupling tube which would otherwise generate obnoxious noise, an inverter controller is employed to allow the electric element to be operated at one of a plurality of frequencies other than the resonance frequency of the coupling tube.

摘要： Provided is a hermetic compressor in which an electric element having a stator and rotor provided therein and a compression element driven by the electric element are housed and the compression element includes a shaft which has a main shaft portion and an eccentric shaft portion, a cylinder block, a main shaft bearing which is formed in the cylinder block and supports the main shaft bearing of the shaft, a piston which reciprocates, a connection mechanism which connects the piston to the eccentric shaft portion, and a thrust-ball bearing, the thrust ball bearing having a plurality balls and a holder portion for holding the balls, and the holder portion being formed of polymer obtained by polycondensating diaminobutane and adipic acid.

摘要： A closed motor-driven compressor includes a closed vessel containing a lubricating oil collected in a bottom portion thereof, a compression section accommodated in the closed vessel, and a motor section accommodated in the closed vessel for driving the compression section. The compression section includes a crankshaft driven by the motor section and having a lower end submerged in the lubricating oil, and a block for rotatably supporting the crankshaft. The block has a cylinder formed therewith and having an open end. The block also has a rib formed therewith, a generally flat shoulder portion formed on one side of the cylinder, and a leg formed below the generally flat shoulder portion. The compression section also includes a cylinder head secured to the rib for covering the open end of the cylinder. An oil guide is formed with the block for guiding to the bottom portion of the closed vessel a lubricating oil that is sucked up from the lower end of the crankshaft, caused to spout out from the upper end of the crankshaft, and collected on the generally flat shoulder portion. The oil guide prevent the oil from dropping on and flowing over a suction muffler disposed below the rib, and also prevents the oil from dropping directly on the bottom portion of the closed vessel.
