摘要: A hermetically sealed compressor includes a sealed vessel filled with a coolant and a freezer oil, an electromotive element including a rotor and a stator and accommodated within the sealed vessel, and a compressing element accommodated within an upper region of the sealed vessel and adapted to be driven by the electromotive element. This compressing element is provided with a shaft, arranged so as to extend vertically and having the rotor mounted thereon, and a bearing for supporting the shaft. A first oil pump is provided in a lower portion of the shaft and opening into the freezer oil, a second oil pump is provided above the first oil pump and formed by a spiral groove, provided on an outer periphery of the shaft, and an inner peripheral wall surface of the rotor, and a third oil pump is provided above the second oil pump and formed by a spiral groove, provided on the outer periphery of the shaft, and an inner peripheral surface of the bearing.

摘要: Relating to oil feed to a piston portion in a dual support bearing of a hermetic compressor, and a structure for improving efficiency and reliability and accomplishing reduction of noise is disclosed. In this structure, since an auxiliary bearing 119 is provided with an oil feed passage 129 for conducting lubricating oil 108 discharged from an upper end of an oil feed mechanism 114, to a sliding surface of a piston 120, the lubricating oil 108 is fed to the piston 120 and a piston pin 122 from the oil feed passage 129 to make the sealing performance excellent, so that the amount of leakage of refrigerant gas from a compression chamber 117 is reduced to improve the freezing capability or efficiency. Further, lubrication of sliding portions of the piston 120 and the piston pin 122 becomes excellent so that noise caused by sliding is reduced and the reliability is improved.

摘要: A refrigerant compressor includes a compressor section, driver, a first contact section and a second contact section. The compressor section is accommodated in a closed container for compressing refrigerant gas. The driver drives the compressor section. The first and second contact sections are brought into contact with each other or they slide with each other by driving the compressor section. On the surface of each one of the contact sections, at least one of plural recesses uniformly placed or a mixed layer, to which molybdenum disulfide (MoS2) is bound, is formed. The foregoing structure allows increasing the abrasion resistance of the first and second contact sections.

摘要: A hermetic compressor has a bipolar permanent magnet motor where permanent magnet is disposed in rotor core. A hollow bore is disposed at the end on the compressing element side of the rotor core, and main bearing extends into the bore. The thickness of the rotor core is longer than that of the stator core, thereby widening the magnetic path of the rotor core. The magnetic flux amount generated in the rotor core, which is conventionally insufficient due to existence of the bore, increases, the loss decreases, and the efficiency increases.

摘要: A hermetic compressor includes a sealed casing which accommodates therein a compressing unit for compressing a refrigerant and a driving unit for driving the compressing unit. An induction pipe is provided in the sealed casing for introducing the refrigerant into the compressing unit. The induction pipe has an outlet end communicating with the interior of the compressing unit and an inlet end which is opened to space in the sealed casing at a position corresponding to a node of a standing wave of the refrigerant in the sealed casing.

摘要: The present invention provides a refrigerant compressor which may assure excellent reliability while using low-viscosity refrigerant. The refrigerant compressor is characterized in that the viscosity of oil stored in hermetic container ranges from VG3 to VG8, and the boiling component at 350 C or over is not less than 10% and not higher than 30% in volume ratio, and the boiling component at 300 C or less is not less than 50% and not higher than 70% in volume ratio. Accordingly, the input reduction at sliding surfaces can be realized, and the lubricant is evaporated, therefore it is possible to prevent defective compression caused by PET (polyethylene phthalate) or the like deposited on the surfaces of the discharge reed and the like, and to enhance the efficiency and reliability.
