摘要： A reciprocating compressor is provided. The compressor includes at least one functional assembly integrated by at least one compression cylinder and at least one reciprocating piston; at least one electric motor capable of moving the reciprocating piston inside the compression cylinder; at least one set of valves capable of controlling the flow of fluid entering and leaving the compression cylinder, the valves being arranged in a head of the reciprocating compressor; at least one head cover capable of being arranged next to the head of the reciprocating compressor; and at least one suction acoustic filter integrated by at least one outlet pipe provided with at least one outlet path capable of being arranged next to the head of the reciprocating compressor. The suction acoustic filter is fastened to the head cover using a fastener.

摘要： A compressor includes a casing having a cylindrical barrel, a compression mechanism, and an electric motor. The electric motor has a tubular stator, and a rotor disposed inside the stator. The stator has a back yoke forming an outer peripheral portion of the stator, a plurality of teeth extending radially inward, and slots. A fluid passage extends between an outer peripheral surface of the stator and an inner peripheral surface of the barrel. The fluid passage has a plurality of wide portions arranged in a circumferential direction of the stator, and a narrow portion provided between adjacent ones of the wide portions. The narrow portion has a smaller radial width than each of the wide portions. Each wide portion is provided in the outer peripheral surface of the stator and between a core cut having a recessed groove shape between the slots and the inner peripheral surface of the barrel.

The electrical components may include an electric variable frequency drive, a sync reactor, one or more motor relays, an input cabinet, one or more motor control cabinets, a remote cooling unit, and/or other electrical components utilized to start-up one or more natural gas compressors and keep the one or more natural gas compressors running.

摘要： Repeated cycles each consist of a pump down phase and a holding phase, wherein a start timepoint of each cycle is the timepoint when a rise in an inlet pressure of the pump is sufficiently large and the time extending between two consecutive cycle start timepoints is a cycle time. A control method includes determining a start of a next cycle during a present cycle, wherein it is preferable that the present cycle directly precedes the next cycle. The method further includes controlling the pump to accelerate to a maximum allowed speed during the holding phase of the present cycle before the start of the next cycle such that at the start of the next cycle full pump capacity is available.

摘要： An inflator with a motor fixing ring includes a casing, and a core and a motor installed in the casing. The motor is for driving the core to inflate an external object. The inflator further includes a motor fixing ring sheathed on the motor and clamped between the motor and the casing. An air gap is formed between an outer surface of the motor and an inner surface of the casing. During the use of the inflator, the motor fixing ring is sheathed on the motor, and the motor is installed into the casing, so that the motor fixing ring is clamped between the motor and the casing. A cooling fan of the inflator is provided for flowing air along the air gap to dissipate the heat generated by the motor, so as to improve the cooling efficiency of the motor and the performance of the inflator.

The housing has a cooling passage having an inverter cooling passage and a motor cooling passage through which cooling fluid flows. After the cooling fluid is introduced to the inverter cooling passage, a flow of the cooling fluid is divided at the inlet into a flow of the cooling fluid flowing through the inverter cooling passage and a flow of the cooling fluid flowing through the motor cooling passage, the flow of the cooling fluid flowing through the inverter cooling passage and the flow of the cooling fluid flowing through the motor cooling passage are joined together at the outlet and discharged from the inverter cooling passage. The inverter cooling passage has a passage expanded portion in which a vortex flow is generated.
