    摘要: A method for forming tablets using a roll press type apparatus for forming powdery material. The apparatus comprises two rolls for compressing tablets, wherein the rolls have a cylindrical shape and are arranged in the same direction, and can rotate toward their inner sides. When only one of the rolls has the plurality of cavities for forming tablets that are disposed on its outer surface, the speeds of their outer surfaces are controlled so that the speed of the roll that has the plurality of cavities on its outer surface is slower than that of the roll that has no cavity. Further, when both rolls have the plurality of cavities forming tablets that are disposed on their outer surfaces, the speeds of their outer surfaces are controlled so that the speeds of the rolls differ. Consequently, tablets that have a high dimensional accuracy and no burrs formed around them can be produced.

    摘要: A pulse generator and a disk sector boundary signal generator are implemented using an optical pattern of alternating light and dark radial lines or segments which are adhered to and rotate in unison with the rotor of a motor and are sensed by an optical sensor. The output of the optical sensor includes error conditions including sensor error, pattern error component, the wow component of the motor and the flutter component of the motor. A first pulse generating means eliminates sensor and pattern error components and the flutter component leaving only the wow component of the sensor output. A second pulse generating means that eliminates the higher frequency error components leaving pattern error components, wow components and flutter components, where the system is designed to generate flutter components with a frequency at least ten times the frequency of the wow component. The first pulses serve as disk sector boundary reference pulses. The second pulses, at a higher frequency, between first pulses contain pattern error pulses corresponding to the sector and the final pulse serves as a sector boundary pulse.

    摘要: A digital PLL circuit, which can realize a high accurate hold-over function even in case that power supply voltage or ambient temperature is changed, is provided. The digital PLL circuit provides a first, a second and a third loop circuits. In the third loop circuit, an adder and a differentiator calculate a difference between a frequency of a signal outputted from a fixed frequency oscillator and an output frequency, and a memory circuit memorizes the difference calculated at the adder and the differentiator, and another adder compares the difference between the frequency of the signal outputted from the fixed frequency oscillator and a current output frequency with the difference memorized in the memory circuit. And a frequency of a signal outputting from a voltage controlled oscillator (VCO) is controlled by the compared result.
