    摘要: A reciprocating motor includes: an outer stator (4) in a support frame (2); an inner stator (6) disposed at the inner circumferential surface of the outer stator (4) with a certain air gap and mounted at the outer circumferential surface of a cylinder (16); a magnet (10) disposed to be linearly movable between the outer stator (4) and the inner stator (6) driven by the winding coil (8) due to move the piston (18); and the locking unit (30, 32), installed at the lateral face of the inner stator (6) for preventing the inner stator (6) from moving in an axial direction. Therefore, the reciprocating motor can improve reliability of a motor by preventing an inner stator (6) from moving in an axial direction by vibration caused by linear movement of the magnet (10).

    摘要: A linear compressor including a well-closed container filled with oil at its bottom; a compressive unit having a frame of a hollow inside the well-closed container to which a cylinder inserted, a piston inserted into the hollow of the cylinder, for linearly moving upward and downward by driving of a motor installed at the cylinder, and a discharge cover for covering one end of the cylinder; and an oil supply unit mounted at the lower side of the compressive unit, for pumping oil, wherein the oil supplied from the 01 oil supply unit to the compressive unit exists within the compressor unit in either case that the compressor is operated or stopped. Accordingly, even when the compressor is stopped, the oil remains in the compressive unit, so that when the compressor is re-started, the friction portion between the cylinder and the piston is lubricated, preventing abrasion of the friction portion. Thus, a reliability of the compressor is highly improved.

    摘要: Disclosed is an apparatus for supplying oil of a reciprocating compressor, comprising: an oil cylinder installed at one side of a reciprocating compressor main body for linearly vibrating together with the compressor main body, an oil piston inserted in the oil cylinder and relatively moving according to the linear vibration of the oil cylinder and thus sucking an oil in the oil cylinder and pumping the oil into the compressor main body by varying pressure in the oil cylinder, a pair of springs installed in the oil cylinder for elastically supporting both ends of the oil piston and causing a continual relative movement of the oil piston according to the linear vibration of the oil cylinder and a spring fixing means fixing the pair of springs for maintaining a certain interval with an inner circumferential surface of the oil cylinder, which results in reducing damage due to friction between the oil cylinder and the springs and in improving an oil supplying function.
