摘要： An image forming apparatus simplifies function customization or expansion, and enables accurate reproduction of conditions attached to a stored document without causing a strong dependency among individual components when the stored document is reutilized. The image processing apparatus includes a first filter that controls a data input process, and a second filter that controls a data output process, the first filter and the second filter constructing an application. A setting condition is set for each of the first filter and the second filter. In response to an instruction to register a stored document, a condition ID that is assigned to the setting condition is acquired. The condition ID and the image data are stored in a database in association with one another.

The content distribution server includes a capability information obtaining unit to obtain capability information of the terminal device that requests a target content; an element extraction unit to obtain the requested target content and to extract a sub-content element composing the target content; a comparison unit to identify a sub-content element that can be used at the terminal device based on the capability information, and to compare the identified sub-content element based on the capability information and the extracted sub-content element to determine which sub-content element can be used at the terminal device; an output determination unit to determine whether separation of the target content is required to distribute the sub-content element to the terminal device; and a separating unit to separate the target content into sub-content element if separation is required.

摘要： In an image processing apparatus, a power control part shuts down power supply after a power shutdown condition is established. A prescript safe state transition part performs a prescript safe state transition process to shift previously set prescript parts to a predetermined safe state. A priority safe state transition part performs a priority safe state transition process to shift previously set priority parts to the safe state. A transition process control part causes the prescript safe state transition process to be executed before execution of the priority safe transition process, and causes the priority safe state transition process to be executed when a predetermined transition change condition is established in the prescript safe state transition process. The power control part shuts down the power supply after the completion of the prescript safe state transition process.

The image output apparatus that displays data through a display obtains first element identification information for identifying a first element included in a specified folder, determines whether the first element is a folder based on the first element identification information, obtains second element identification information for identifying a second element included in the first element when the first element is determined to be the folder, analyzes whether the second element is a data file having a data format compatible with the display to generate an analysis result, determines a display format of the first element that is determined to be the folder based on the analysis result of the second element, and causes the display to display an image that reflects the first element in the determined display format.
