Abstract: A method of adjusting the spacing between a portion of a printhead and a portion of a media support in a printing system. The spacing is easily adjustable at least at the time of manufacture for locking a printhead at a selected distance from the media support. A rotatable variable spacer is abutted against an anti-rotation rail to lock into place the printhead at the selected distance.
