摘要： A multi-modal olfactometer including a carrier assembly slidably coupled with a track and movable between a loading and testing position, a distribution block coupled with the carrier assembly and including a plurality of independent flow channels, a plurality of bottles configured for containing a gas stimuli and for being coupled with the distribution block, a plurality of tubes in flow communication with corresponding channels defined in the distribution block, an outlet piece including a plurality of independent flow channels that are each in flow communication with one of the respective tubes, and at least one actuator positioned adjacent to the bottles when the carrier assembly is in the testing position. The actuator operates to impact each of the bottles to cause the respective gas stimulus to flow through the respective channel in the distribution block, tube, and channel in the outlet piece for inhalation by a test subject.

摘要： A printed circuit board support comprises an integral plastic molding having an elongated mounting portion adapted for insertion through an aperture in a mounting panel. The mounting portion has a head adapted to span a body adapted to be positioned inwardly of said panel, and abutment means for engaging the surface of a printed circuit board or the like. Resilient retaining means extending from the body yield resiliently upon insertion through said aperture and thereafter engage the back side of said panel. The support further has a retainer portion extending beyond the abutment means for insertion through an aperture in said printed circuit board and has resilient retaining means adapted to yield upon passage through the aperture in said printed circuit board and thereafter to bear against the opposite surface of said printed circuit board to retain said printed circuit board in supported position spaced from said panel.

摘要： A single piece plastic retainer is provided for holding refrigerator shelves in place during shipment. The retainer is open sided, and has upper and lower walls with notches for snapping into place in an aperture in a mounting channel in which the shelf bracket is mounted and in overlying relation to said bracket. Protuberances within the shelf retainer engage the top edge of the shelf bracket to prevent cutting of the retainer by the bracket in the presence of high stresses.
