摘要： An inputting apparatus for use in an electronic device, etc., that includes: a case, which has a through-hole and which forms an interior space; an upper movement key, which has a portion exposed to the exterior through the through-hole and which is movable in certain directions in a plane; an elastic member, which is secured to the case and which supports the upper movement key, such that if the upper movement key deviates from the center of the through-hole, the elastic member returns the upper movement key to the center by elastic force; and a lower movement key, which is coupled with the upper movement key with the elastic member positioned in-between, so that information may be inputted in correspondence to the movement of the upper movement key. The apparatus allows convenient manipulation and reduced overall thickness, while allowing manipulation with only a small amount of force.

摘要： There is provided a method for cooling a heating plate used in a bake unit. According to the method, the heating plate is cooled with a temperature adjustment plate that is cooler than the heating plate by providing the temperature adjustment plate on the heating plate. The temperature adjustment plate is moved to the heating plate after the temperature adjustment plate is cooled by a cooling plate that is used for cooling a substrate.

摘要： An input apparatus and a mobile device having the input apparatus are disclosed. By using an input apparatus, incorporated in a terminal comprising a circuit board and a case that forms an overall outer shape, which includes: a maneuver part, of which one side faces one side of the circuit board; a magnet coupled to the maneuver part; a magnetism sensor, which is coupled to the other side of the circuit board, and which detects magnetic forces generated by the magnet; and a housing, which is coupled to the case, and which covers at least a portion of the maneuver part, the thicknesses of parts can be reduced and individual parts can freely be replaced, as the housing is detachably coupled to the case by hooks.
