摘要: A joystick control system for a refuse vehicle includes multiple joystick input devices, and a single controller. The single controller is configured to receive a user input from one or more of the multiple joystick input devices. The controller is also configured to identify which of the joystick input devices provide the user input. The controller is also configured to generate control signals, in response to receiving the user input, for one or more controllable elements of the refuse vehicle based on which of the joystick input devices provides the user input and the user input. The controller is also configured to provide the control signals to the one or more controllable elements of the refuse vehicle to operate the one or more controllable elements of the refuse vehicle according to the user input.

The upper end surface of the cylindrical portion of the strain-generating body and the lower surface of the operation panel are in contact with each other.

摘要: An input mechanism for a portable electronic device includes a rotational manipulation mechanism, such as a cap or shaft. The input mechanism also includes a sensor having first capacitive elements coupled to the manipulation mechanism, second capacitive elements, and a dielectric positioned between the first and second capacitive elements. Movement of the manipulation mechanism alters the positions of the first and second capacitive elements with respect to each other and is determinable based on capacitance changes resulting therefrom. In some implementations, the second capacitive elements may be part of an inner ring or partial ring nested at least partially within an outer ring or partial ring.

摘要: A method includes, at a controller, sensing a magnitude of a first force applied to the thumbstick in a substantially downward direction relative to a top portion of the housing while the thumbstick is in the stationary default position, and a magnitude of a second force applied to the thumbstick in the substantially downward direction relative to the top portion of the housing while the thumbstick is in a position other than the stationary default position. The method includes receiving the magnitude of the first and the second force, and determining whether the magnitude of the first force or the second force satisfies a predefined force value. The method further includes providing haptic feedback to the user in response to a determination that the magnitude of the first force or the second force satisfies the predefined force value.
