According to the invention, said recovery system comprises a recovery pipe associated with said dispensing pipe, a power pump placed on said recovery pipe, and a metering pump driven by a motor at an angular velocity that is substantially proportional to the volume flow rate of liquid fuel delivered by the dispensing pipe, said metering pump being mounted in series with said power pump via a differential pressure expander-regulator suitable for maintaining a pressure difference that is small between the outlet and the inlet of the metering pump so as to obtain a vapor volume flow rate that is substantially proportional to the angular velocity imparted by said motor.     摘要: A rotary device for interacting with a flow of liquid. The rotary device comprises a casing provided with an inlet opening and an outlet opening. The casing contains a first rotary member having a first axis of rotation (YY') and external teeth, and a second rotary member surrounding the external teeth of the first rotary member and guided to rotate about a second axis (XX') parallel to the first axis. The second rotary member includes two circular rings mounted inside the casing to occupy two respective planes perpendicular to the first axis of rotation (YY'), and a plurality of longitudinal components mounted between the rings to lie parallel with the second axis of rotation (XX'). Each of the longitudinal components has a cross-section in the shape of a gear tooth for meshing with the teeth of the first member. The rings have regularly spaced-apart notches around their peripheries in order to receive the ends of the longitudinal components, the longitudinal components not being fixed to the rings.

    摘要: When a hydrocarbon liquid is pumped (11) for retail delivery, it is degassed by means of a vortex device (13). A control valve (21) shuts off delivery if the gas content in the degassed liquid being delivered via a main duct (16) is too high. Unlike prior systems which sense gas content only in the liquid being delivered, the present invention senses the greater gas content in the recycled gas-enriched fraction from the vortex separator device (13). This is done by means of a venturi system (19) controlling a servo-valve (25) which in turn controls the control valve (21). By using a magnified image of the gas content, the system is made more sensitive and more reliable.
