    摘要: A portable liquid transloader includes a wheeled support vehicle. The wheeled support vehicle includes a chassis and a manually operated extension ladder. The extension ladder includes a base section that is carried by the chassis and a fly section that is extendably connected to the base section. A platform extends horizontally outwardly from the fly section. The portable liquid transloader further includes a bulk air eliminator that is carried by the chassis. An inlet is disposed upstream from the bulk air eliminator. A mechanical flow meter is disposed downstream from the bulk air eliminator. A first supply conduit extends downstream from the mechanical flow meter. The first supply conduit is carried by the chassis and extends generally parallel to the extension ladder. A second supply conduit is fluidly coupled to the first supply conduit. The second supply conduit extends vertically above and horizontally beyond the platform.

The axial outlet pipe (9) opens in the lower part of the separating vessel (3), into the gravity-separated liquid fuel, in such a way as to prevent the formation of foam in this vessel.

    摘要: A liquid dispensing and recirculating system is disclosed. The system includes a container having a mouth and a cap coupled with the mouth. The system further includes a connector for coupling with the cap. The connector includes a connector head and a probe extending from the connector head. The probe is insertable through the cap and into the mouth, and has a flow passage therein which terminates near a probe tip. A pump pumps fluid in the container through the probe and the flow passage. A fluid return channel is formed on the probe for returning recirculated fluid to the fluid in the container. As fluid is returned along the fluid return channel, air in the fluid is released above the fluid in the container to prevent injection of air into the fluid in the container.

    摘要: A dispensing system (20) for drawing fuel from a storage tank (22) to a nozzle (44). The system includes an above-tank suction pump (26) which draws fuel from the tank. The fuel is discharged from the suction pump into a vertically aligned air separator (38) so as to produce a fuel stream that is substantially free of air. The fuel stream is discharged from the air separator to a flow meter (30) and the nozzle through a fuel shutoff valve (46). The open/closed state of the fuel shutoff valve is controlled by a control actuator (48) based on the differential processor across the air separator. Should this differential pressure drop below a given level, the fuel shutoff valve is closed to prevent the system from inadvertently supply a fuel stream with an unacceptably high air content. Gaseous fluid removed by the air separator is supplied to an air eliminator (40). The fuel components of this fluid stream are removed in the air eliminator and returned to the suction pump.

The first piston is provided with a bore which is closed when the second piston is applied to the first piston. A spring is fitted between the two pistons.

    摘要: A liquid dispensing system including an air evacuating apparatus is disclosed. The liquid dispensing system includes a dispensing mechanism and an air evacuating apparatus. The air evacuating apparatus includes a primary pump, a reservoir, an inlet in the reservoir operative to introduce liquid into the reservoir, an outlet in the reservoir operative to transport liquid from the reservoir to the primary pump, a level sensor operative to ascertain the level of liquid in the reservoir, an auxiliary pump, and a controller responsive to output from the level sensor to selectively control operation of the auxiliary pump to remove gas from the reservoir. The primary pump is operative to transport a dispensable liquid from a storage container to the dispensing mechanism.
