摘要： An organic photodetector including a substrate, a first electrode, an insulation layer, an organic layer, and a second electrode is provided. The first electrode is disposed on the substrate. The insulation layer is disposed on the first electrode. The organic layer is disposed on the substrate and the insulation layer and covers a side surface of the insulation layer and a side surface of the first electrode. The second electrode is disposed on the organic layer and located above the insulation layer.
