    摘要: A cleaning apparatus for a fixing device wherein a movable cleaning web is brought into contact with a member of the fixing device to thereby clean the fixing member. The amount or time of rotation of a take-up shaft for taking up the cleaning web is reduced stepwise depending on the number of sheets of recording paper having been subjected to image recording. The amount or time of rotation of the take-up shaft is effected by using the relationship between the increase in the diameter of the take-up roller and the number of copies made stored previously.

    摘要: The invention provides an electrostatic image forming apparatus in which electrostatic latent image formed on a photoreceptor is developed with toner, the toner image is transferred onto a recording paper, thereafter the residual toner image is removed from the photoreceptor by the cleaning device. The cleaning device according to the invention has a cleaning roller which contains abrasive grain and come in contact with the photoreceptor in order to remove foreign substance such as fine paper particles in addition to the residual toner.

    摘要: It is possible to simultaneously identify the sound coming direction from a sound source in all directions and estimate the sound intensity of the sound source. A plurality of microphones (11) are arranged on the surface of a baffle (10) of a shape such as a sphere and polyhedron so that sound from all directions are acquired. A calculation device (40) calculates the amplitude characteristic and the phase characteristic of acoustic signals acquired by the microphones (11). The signal information and information on sound field analysis around the baffle are integrated and calculation to emphasize a sound coming from a particular direction is performed for all the directions so as to identify the sound coming direction from a sound source. According to these calculation results and the distance input by an input device (70), it is possible to estimate the sound intensity of the sound source at a plurality of portions generated at the sound source or boundary surface.
