摘要： In an elevator apparatus, a rescue operation for a car is performed by a rescue operation controller. The rescue operation controller obtains a rescue operation voltage value and applies a voltage having the rescue operation voltage value to a brake coil in response to a signal from a speed detector at a time of the rescue operation for the car. The rescue operation voltage value is a value of the voltage necessary to reduce braking force of a brake device to move the car by using a state of imbalance between the car and a counterweight.

摘要： An elevator apparatus performing proper braking control of a car according to a detected content of a failure, and including: a semiconductor switch connected in series to a brake coil, for varying current flowing through the brake coil; an interruption switch connected in series to the brake coil and the semiconductor switch and capable of interrupting current flowing through the brake coil; a braking force control processing mechanism controlling an amount of current flowing through the semiconductor switch according to deceleration of the car when the car stops; a failure detection section detecting failure in the braking force control processing mechanism; a critical event detection mechanism detecting a critical event requiring an urgent stop of the car based on a state detection signal; and a brake power supply interrupting mechanism turning the interruption switch OFF to apply braking when the failure and the critical event is detected.

摘要： An elevator system in which a controller monitors whether or not a speed of an ascending/descending body reaches a preset overspeed. At a time of maintenance work, a stopper is interposed between a buffer and the ascending/descending body to limit a lowered position of the ascending/descending body. Stopper detection means detects installation of the stopper onto at least one of the buffer and the ascending/descending body. When the stopper is detected by the stopper detection means, the controller lowers a set value of the overspeed.

摘要： A car door is displaced with respect to a landing door between an engagement position at which the car door is engaged with the landing door and an open-away position located on a door-closing side with respect to the engagement position. While remaining engaged with the car door, the landing door is moved to open/close a landing doorway. When the landing doorway is fully closed by the landing door, a locking device performs an operation corresponding to the position of the car door with respect to the landing door to lock/unlock the landing door. A door control device has an engagement completion time calculating portion, a speed pattern generating portion, and a speed control portion. The engagement completion time calculating portion predicts an engagement completion time to a moment when the car door reaches the engagement position during a door-opening operation, based on information from an unlock detecting device for detecting whether or not the landing door has been unlocked. The speed pattern generating portion generates a speed pattern of the car door during the door-opening operation, based on information from the engagement completion time calculating portion. The speed control portion controls the speed of the car door according to the speed pattern.
