摘要： A voice telephone call may be received, from a telephony device, in a server configured to provide interactive voice response. A spoken command may be received from the telephony device. In the server, the spoken command may be converted to a format appropriate for the media storage unit. The converted command may be sent from the server to the media storage unit.

摘要： An approach is provided for transferring in-progress communication between communication devices. A transfer code is received from a target terminal of a user. An in-progress call is detected between a first terminal and a second terminal, where the first terminal is associated with the user, and the second terminal is associated with another user. Transfer of the in-progress call from the first terminal to the target terminal is initiated in response to the received transfer code.
