A method of manufacturing a fungicidal composition comprises introducing a large quantity of Trichoderma harzianum SK-55 into a culture medium, incubating it on the culture medium at a specific temperature range and at a specific humidity for a specific period of time, drying it at a specific low temperature range, and, if necessary, milling it into specific grain sizes.
