摘要: The battery state-of-charge calculation device (100) is provided with a SOCV calculation unit (5) which outputs a first state of charge calculated based on voltage data, a SOCI calculation unit (6) which outputs a second state of charge calculated based on current data, an estimated impedance voltage calculation unit (12) which calculates an impedance voltage value based on an effective state of charge and the current data, a static determination unit (7) which determines that the impedance voltage value remains static for a predetermined time or longer in a range identified by a predetermined threshold value and outputs the determination result; and a SOC decision unit (20) which, based on the determination result, outputs the first state of charge as the effective state of charge where the impedance voltage value is static and outputs the second state of charge as the effective state of charge where the impedance voltage value is not static.

摘要: It is an object to effectively output electrical energy of a storage battery to an electrical power system serving as a whole distributed power supply system by effectively utilizing the electrical energy within a charging ratio range that does not cause overcharging or overdischarging of the storage battery. In a hybrid distributed power supply system, the target supply electrical power is set based on the electrical power generation output of the electrical power generator and the charging state of the storage battery, and the target supply electrical power is restricted within a predetermined permissible supply electrical power range when the target supply electrical power deviates from the predetermined permissible supply electrical power range.

摘要: In a battery system of the invention, a BMS calculates a maximum charge rate representing a maximum value from present charge rates of plurality of secondary batteries constituting an assembled battery and a minimum charge rate. Then, the BMS generates a normal waveform signal in which the maximum charge rate is determined as a maximum peak and the minimum charge rate is determined as a minimum peak as a waveform signal which is displayed in a charge rate display range where a full charge rate in the case of a full charge state of the secondary battery is determined as an upper limit and an empty charge rate in the case of an empty charge state of the secondary battery is determined as a lower limit. Then, the BMS displays the normal waveform signal in the charge rate display range.

摘要: An abnormality prediction system for secondary batteries according to the present invention includes: a parameter value detection portion that detects parameter values each corresponding to each of a plurality of secondary batteries to determine whether all the parameter values are normal or not; and a singular state determination portion that determines, if a difference between a reference value calculated by use of all the parameter values determined to be normal by the parameter value detection portion and at least one of the parameter values is not less than a threshold value, the secondary battery corresponding to the parameter value with the difference not less than the threshold value to be in a state different from those of the other secondary batteries out of the plurality of secondary batteries.

摘要: A voltage equalization device of a power storage device provided with battery packs in which a plurality of secondary cells are connected, power converters provided in association with the battery packs, and controllers that control the power converters, and in which the battery packs are connected in parallel via the individual power converters includes a decision portion and a voltage-adjusting portion. The decision portion obtains battery-pack information regarding the states of charge/discharge of the individual battery packs and decides, for each battery pack, whether or not to perform voltage adjustment on the basis of the battery-pack information. When the decision portion decides that the voltage adjustment is to be performed, the voltage-adjusting portion generates offset instructions for adjusting the states of charge/discharge and outputs the offset instructions to the controllers of the power converters associated with the battery packs.
