摘要: Nanohole electrodes useful in opto-electronic devices, and in particular, organic photovoltaics devices incorporating nanohole electrodes, are disclosed. An exemplary embodiment includes a photovoltaic device with a first electrode comprising a nanohole film, a second electrode, and an active layer located between the electrodes. Methods of producing a nanostructured electrode are also provided.
