    摘要: Methods and apparatus are provided for video encoding and decoding with learned transform and compressive sensing. An apparatus includes a video encoder for encoding an image block in a picture by determining from a training data set an adaptive transform for transforming a signal capable of representing the image block into zero coefficients and non-zero coefficients, reconstructing the image block in a pixel domain to obtain a reconstructed version of the image block by minimizing a number of the non-zero coefficients in a transform domain corresponding to the transform responsive to information of the signal and a prediction of the image block, and incorporating the reconstructed version of the image block into a coding mode that is absent from any video coding standards and video coding recommendations.

The encoding method encodes an image block in a picture by generating a measurement vector for the image block, encoding the measurement vector, and reconstructing the image block by minimizing a signal sparsity of the image block responsive to the encoded measurement vector, the measurement vector including transform coefficients relating to the image block. A corresponding decoding method decodes an image block for a picture by receiving a measurement vector for the image block, decoding the measurement vector, and reconstructing the image block by minimizing a signal sparsity of the image block responsive to the decoded measurement vector, wherein the measurement vector includes transform coefficients relating to the image block.

    摘要: Methods and apparatus are provided for video encoding and decoding with learned transform and compressive sensing.     摘要: A system of recovering information wide band signal comprising a receiver(s) for receiving data signal responses from a target area; the received data signal responses having information missing at a plurality of frequencies; at least one processor for recovery of data from the data signal responses operatively connected to the receiver(s); a first memory comprising time-shifted responses based upon the wide band signal response, a second memory comprising a plurality of spectrally filtered time-shifted responses; whereby the first and second memories operate to provide data to the at least one processor compensate for the information missing at the plurality of frequencies. Also, a method of the recovery of missing frequency bands comprising receiving data signal responses from a target area using a first dictionary comprising time-shifted responses based upon spectra containing the at least one predetermined spectrum, and a second dictionary comprising a plurality of spectrally filtered time-shifted responses.
