    摘要: There is provided a contact displacement meter in which the size of the housing can be miniaturized as much as possible without lowering the measurement accuracy of a displacement. Light emitted by a light emitting element is converted to parallel light by a lens, and then is deflected to a predetermined direction and converted to wide-width parallel light by a prism. The displacement of a contact attached with one of a plate-shaped scale member and a linear sensor is calculated from a projection position of a reference pattern and the unique information obtained based on a plurality of received light signals of the linear sensor.

    摘要: A photoelectric switch which includes a light-emitting section having a plurality of light-emitting elements arranged in a line, and a light-detecting section having a plurality of light-detecting elements arranged in a line in such a manner that the light-emitting elements confront with the light-detecting elements, thus providing a multi-optical path therebetween. Each of the light-emitting section and light-detecting section is formed by connecting a base unit to a relay unit and/or an end unit, whereby the length or configuration of the photoelectric switch can be readily changed by changing the number or configuration of the relay unit connected to the base unit.

    摘要: The present invention provides a main body unit of an optical fiber photoelectric sensor and the optical fiber photoelectric sensor, which improves optical coupling efficiency of a light emitting element and a light projecting side optical fiber and is capable of making uniform light incident on the light projecting side optical fiber without highly accurately positioning the light emitting element and a condenser lens. The main body unit of the optical fiber photoelectric sensor makes light emitted from an LED chip converge by the condenser lens and incident on the light projecting side optical fiber; and also makes light not incident on the condenser lens and emitted around the condenser lens reflect by a reflecting surface provided around the condenser lens, then refract the reflected light by a refractive surface, and incident on the light projecting side optical fiber.
