摘要： A pneumatic tire has a unidirectional tread pattern comprising right-hand and left-hand crown circumferential grooves and a crown rib formed therebetween. The crown rib is provided with first and second V-shaped grooves arranged alternately in the tire circumferential direction. The first V-shaped grooves extend from the left-hand crown circumferential groove. The second V-shaped grooves extend from the right-hand crown circumferential groove. The first and second V-shaped grooves are terminated within the rib, and their V-shape configurations have bending points substantially positioned at the tire equator.

摘要： An aircraft lamp includes a housing capable of being attached to a body of an aircraft; a discharge lamp; a reflector which reflects visible light from the discharge lamp; a light transmissive cover which transmits reflected light from the reflector to a front side of the housing; a lamp socket connected electrically to the discharge lamp and an igniter which activates the discharge lamp; and a high-voltage electrical power line that electrically connects the lamp socket with the igniter. The discharge lamp, the reflector, the light transmissive cover, the lamp socket, and the igniter are provided within the housing. A heat insulating air layer is provided between the lamp socket and the igniter. The high-voltage electrical power line is provided so as to pass through the heat insulating air layer.

The intermediate land portion 4a is provided with a thin groove 5 extending the tire at a position away axially inside from the shoulder longitudinal groove 3b, intermediate slant grooves 6 each extending from the thin groove 5 toward said central longitudinal groove 3a while inclining terminating without being connected to the central longitudinal groove 3a, and connection grooves 7 each extending so as to connect between the adjacent intermediate slant grooves 6 in the circumferential direction of the tire. Each of the connection groove 7 inclines in the same direction as the intermediate slant groove 6 at an angle smaller than that of the intermediate slant groove 6.

摘要： A compact aircraft external illumination lamp has a discharge bulb as a light source that ensures a waterproof property. The aircraft external illumination lamp includes a container-shaped reflector serving also as a lamp body, a front cover attached to a front opening of the reflector, and a discharge bulb inserted in a bulb insertion hole formed in the reflector. A power supply socket is attached to a back side of the reflector so as to cover a peripheral edge of the bulb insertion hole. The power supply socket thus longitudinally fits on a plug portion of the discharge bulb which projects rearward of the bulb insertion hole, whereby electric connection with the discharge bulb is ensured. The power supply socket is structured so that a bulb activation circuit is embedded therein and a socket main body having a plug-portion fitting hole formed on a front side thereof is covered with a resin mold layer. Since the number of parts that form the illumination lamp is small, the illumination lamp can be made compact, and assembly of the illumination lamp is facilitated. The compact illumination lamp is less likely to interfere with other members, and the freedom of design choice with respect to the installation position is increased.
