    摘要: A pneumatic tire comprises main grooves 1 extending in the tire circumferential direction formed in a tread, wherein there are provided with a plurality of oblong holes 11 extending in the depth direction of the main groove 1 and communication grooves 12 extending diagonally with respect to the tread surface to communicate the oblong holes 11, a width w1 and a depth d1 of the oblong hole 11 are at least not less than 0.2 mm and 0.01 to 0.25 times a width W of the main groove 1, a height h of the oblong hole 11 is 50 to 80% of a depth D of the main groove 1, a space p1 between the oblong holes 11 is at least not less than 0.4 mm and 0.04 to 1.0 times the width W of the main groove 1, a width w2 and a depth d2 of the communication groove 12 are at least not less than 0.2 mm and 0.01 to 0.25 times the width W of the main groove 1, and two or more communication grooves 12 are present within the contact ground length L of the main groove 1.

    摘要: A pneumatic tire has a pair of bead portions, side wall portions, a tread portion, and a carcass ply rolled up in its end portion so as to pinch a bead filler. An outer surface of the side wall portion is provided with a concavo-convex region formed by arranging a lot of projecting lines extending in a tire circumferential direction in parallel in the tire diametrical direction, and an arranged density of the projecting lines becomes larger toward the outer side in the tire diametrical direction. An outer peripheral end of the concavo-convex region is positioned in the outer side than a position where an interface between a tread rubber and a side rubber is exposed, and an inner peripheral end of the concavo-convex region is positioned in an inner side than a leading end of the bead filler.

The first wall surface alternately has a first inclined surface portion and a first concave portion. The second wall surface alternately has a second inclined surface portion and a second concave portion. A first land portion has a first connection portion connected to a second land portion and a first bottom surface portion constitutes the bottom of the circumferential groove. The second land portion has a second connection portion connected to the first land portion and a second bottom surface portion constitutes the bottom of the circumferential groove. The first inclined surface portion and the second inclined surface portion are alternately arranged along a tire circumferential direction overlapping with each other and a see-through region of the circumferential groove is formed between them.

    摘要: An engine having a variable valve mechanism arranged to switch a lift degree of a valve between a low speed state and a high speed state includes a cam carrier defined by a cam bearing portion, a rocker shaft support, and a hydraulic cylinder support. The cam bearing portion is provided on a line passing through the bore center of a cylinder in a plane perpendicular or substantially perpendicular to the camshaft. The low speed rocker arm swings in response to the low speed cam of the camshaft. The high speed rocker arm swings in response to the high speed cam of the camshaft. The low speed rocker arm includes a through hole. A connecting pin is slidably inserted into the through hole and urged toward the hydraulic cylinder support. A hydraulic cylinder is provided in the hydraulic cylinder support.
