    摘要: A thermal overload relay includes a main bimetal for detection of an overload current, a shifter associated with the main bimetal, a release lever working according to a displacement of the shifter, a contact reversing mechanism for changing-over contacts by reversing action caused by rotation of the release lever, and a manipulation structure for manipulating the release lever and the contact reversing mechanism. The manipulation structure includes a reset bar for returning the contact reversing mechanism to an initial state. The reset bar is arranged to change-over between a manual reset state in which the reset bar can be pushed-in and an automatic reset state in which the reset bar is pushed-in and turned from the manual reset state and held in that state.

    摘要: An overload/open-phase tripping device for a circuit breaker includes a plurality of bimetallic elements arranged in a row; a differential shifter mechanism; and a tripping lever for transmitting a force applied by the differential shifter mechanism to a switching mechanism. The differential shifter mechanism includes a push shifter having a plurality of operation ends; a pull shifter having a plurality of operation ends; and a differential lever disposed between the push shifter and the pull shifter. The differential lever is provided with an action end for applying the force to the tripping lever upon an overload, and an action end for applying the force to the tripping lever upon an open-phase. The two action ends face the tripping lever, and the action end for the open-phase is located at a position farther from the tripping lever than the action end for the overload.

    摘要: Disclosed is a display device for a thermal magnetic type molded case circuit breaker capable to display a phase deficiency occurred on a line to a user such that the user rapidly deals with the phase deficiency and prevents loss caused by over-heating generated due to the phase deficiency. The thermal magnetic type molded case circuit breaker has a bimetal, which is bendable when heat is applied thereto, and a shifter coupled to an upper end of the bimetal and horizontally moved corresponding to a bending degree of the bimetal when over-current is applied thereto. The display device includes a power source for supplying electric power, a display for displaying the phase deficiency of the thermal magnetic type molded case circuit breaker by receiving power from the power source, a stationary contactor electrically connected to the power source and having a stationary contact, and a movable contactor electrically connected to the display and having a movable contact. The movable contactor vertically moves and forms a circuit together with the power source section and the display for displaying the phase deficiency state when the movable contact contacts with the stationary contact. A interlock lever rotates according to a horizontal movement of the shifter. A connection bar makes contact with both shifter and interlock lever so as to transfer horizontal moving force of the shifter to the interlock lever. A latch lever is installed adjacent to the interlock lever in order to restrict a movement of the movable contactor when normal current is applied and to release a restriction of the movable contactor when the phase deficiency occurs.

    摘要: Disclosed herewith is a thermally-sensible overcurrent protective relay, which comprises normally-closed contact means, operation means, a plurality of bimetals, a communicating plate, a heater mounted on each bimetal and electrically coupled to at least one of main circuit terminals for a power-source side and a load side, a bimetal retainer electrically coupled to the other main circuit terminal, a first groove, a second groove and a heater holder having a pin fitted in a through hole formed in the bimetal retainer. The operation means opens or closes the normally-closed contact means. The same current as flows through a main circuit to be controlled flows through the bimetals. The communicating plate transmits mechanical deforming force of the bimetals to the operation means so as to open the normally-closed contact means. The heater, when generating heat, causes a mechanical deformation on the bimetals. The bimetal retainer secures one end of each bimetal. The first groove securely holds the main circuit terminals, while the second groove securely holds a connecting section between the bimetal retainer and the bimetals.
