摘要： A plurality of protruding portions each having a predetermined width in a circumferential direction are respectively provided at a predetermined interval along an outer periphery of a stator, and through-holes are formed at both ends in the circumferential direction of the protruding portions. A total length of the widths, which the protruding portions respectively have, in the circumferential direction is set equal to or less than 25% of an outer circumference of the stator. With this structure and by virtue of the through-holes, a compressive stress built up in an inner periphery of the stator due to pressing forces imposed on center areas of the protruding portions can be distribute toward the outer periphery of the stator.

摘要： A motor has a stator having a plurality of teeth for receiving windings, a yoke connected to each tooth, and a rotor having permanent magnets facing the stator. An inner wall surface of each tooth faces the rotor with an air-gap therebetween. Each tooth is separated from an adjacent tooth by a slot-open-section extending between a tailing end of the tooth and a leading end of the adjacent tooth. The inner wall surface of each tooth has an arc extending from a center of the slot-open-section toward the tailing end. The air-gap at the tailing end of each tooth is greater than the air-gap at the leading end of each tooth. The inner wall surface of each tooth includes a straight-line tailing section extending from the center of the slot-open-section toward the leading end. The straight-line tailing section extends tangentially from the arc.

摘要： A structure of a rotor used in a synchronous motor employing both of permanent magnets and a stator using concentrated windings is disclosed. Slits (13) provided in a section of a rotor laminated in a direction of a rotary shaft are shaped like an arc or a bow, and the shape protrudes toward an outside rim of rotor (12). Permanent magnets (14) are inserted into slits (13). This structure produces less magnetic salient poles than a conventional rotor, so that a magnetic flux density can be lowered, and an efficient motor with less loss is obtainable.

摘要： A motor and a method for manufacturing thereof use a rotor having permanent magnets and stators. The highest revolving speed of a motor is adjusted by using end plates of different thickness. The end plates are made of a magnetic material and disposed at the end faces of the rotor. The end plates made of a magnetic material provide part of the magnetic flux generated from the permanent magnets with short circuits within the inside of the rotor. The magnetic flux that links with the coil can be adjusted by using end plates of different thickness. Therefore, the highest revolving speed of a motor can be finely adjusted with ease.

摘要： A motor is provided that reduces vibration and noise by suppressing the vibration transmitted from a stator to a housing. Also an apparatus loaded with this motor is provided, that is highly efficient with less vibration and low noise. Notches formed at an outer circumference of a yoke are located on outer peripheral sides of slots, the notches are not in contact with the housing, the yoke located on outer circumferential sides of teeth is provided with axially penetrating through-holes, and an outer circumference of the stator core located on outer circumferential sides of the through-holes is in close contact with the housing, thus making it possible to obtain the motor with high efficiency, less vibration and low noise.
