摘要: The waveguide connector assembly includes a waveguide connector having a first end, a second end, and a body having an interior surface and an exterior surface, the waveguide connector being configured to receive a waveguide in a first orientation or a second orientation at the first end, the second orientation being a rotation of the waveguide from the first orientation by either 45 degrees or 90 degrees to change polarizations. The waveguide connector assembly includes a movable sleeve having a first end, a second end, a body, and an engaging surface, the movable sleeve being configured to slide axially along the exterior surface of the waveguide connector, the engaging surface being configured to prevent axial movement of the waveguide when the movable sleeve is in an engaged position.

摘要: A device for dissipating a surge includes at least three metal oxide varistors (MOVs). Each of the MOVs may be positioned adjacent to each other. Each of the MOVs may have two contact surfaces. Contact surfaces of adjacent MOVs are electrically connected together. The at least three MOVs include a first outer MOV, a second outer MOV, and at least one inner MOV positioned between the first outer MOV and the second outer MOV. The first outer MOV and the second outer MOV have a greater voltage at a given current than at least one of the at least one inner MOV. The device further includes a first connector electrically coupled to at least one of the at least three MOVs. The device further includes a second connector electrically coupled to at least another of the at least three MOVs.

摘要: A low let-through voltage surge suppression or protection circuit for protecting hardware or equipment from electrical surges. During operation when no surge condition is present, the circuit allows propagation of signals from a source to a load along a signal path. When a surge is present, the circuit senses and diverts the surge away from the signal path, utilizing common mode and/or differential mode surge protection. An electronic filter is connected in parallel with surge suppression circuit elements for reducing the let through voltage that would otherwise propagate and require a higher power surge suppression circuit element to mitigate. Cascading multiple electronic filters in parallel with surge suppression circuit elements further reduces voltage let through.
