摘要： A procedure for making a shoe with a knitted upper, including a series of steps in which—during an upper shaping step—once the internal stocking has been placed on the shoe tree, a membrane element (3) is placed in position, which covers the portion corresponding to the sole of the shoe tree and a lateral portion. The membrane element is a single-body element formed of a polymer membrane that has adhesive material on both sides thereof and features a series of suitable shaped and positioned perforations (30). The membrane element is designed to create a support structure for the two stockings so that the shoe obtained has and maintains a structured shape. Once the upper is complete, a sole is constructed by injection moulding in order to create a shoe that is a single, homogeneous, compact, and structured body.

摘要： A procedure for making a shoe including steps of weaving/construction of an upper, forming the upper in which two previously constructed stockings are a tube that is closed on one side while the other end of the tube remains open, subjecting the upper to a steam jet that dampens and softens a thermosetting polymer yarn, and passing the upper through a high-temperature kiln. Construction of the sole entails inserting the upper into a shoe-tree of a mould, positioning the shoe-tree with the upper and closure between two rings of the mould for polyurethane injection. Because of the presence of the arch structure a barrier that limits the passage thereof to the inner part of the upper, with filling of the mould, passage of predetermined quantities of polyurethane only through the slots of the arch structure permitting joint points to be created between the sole and upper and with the inner.

摘要： A temperature-regulating garment and air exchange system including a fabric composed of a background yarn (11) which is visible on the rear and a base yarn (12) which is visible on the front of the fabric, and a third yarn (2) which allows the construction of a structure which lends the fabric the desired performance characteristics. In particular, in a zone designed to absorb and expel perspiration and be breathable, the garment features a fabric structure obtained by machining the background yarn and the base yarn with a looser knit with respect to other portions in which such performance is not required, so as to permit good passage of air, and the third yarn is added by inserting the yarn into a portion of row of knitting which is clearly defined in terms of the width thereof and which corresponds to the width of the breathable area to be obtained.
