    摘要: Knotting devices for tying incrementally fed string into overhand knots comprises a pair of sturdy opposed angular bills extending uprightly as stalks from a manipulatable shank and the bills including opposed horns laterally extending from the stalks and at a transverse fixed-spacing. Once the string increment is looped around the horns, its trailward-length is resiliently grasped by a retainer means located between the horns to form a noose. Following severing of the string trailward-length, its lead-end is pulled away from the knotting device and the noose slips off the bill horns fore-ends, and finally the retainer means is released thereby resulting in the overhand knot.

    摘要: Reinforced perforate tags ordinarily comprise a longitudinally semi-flexible cellulosic or other sheet material card together with a geometrically-offset perforation reinforced with grommet or eyelet to provide the composite tag's thickest part. Because natural stacking of such offset reinforced tags is impractical, system users thereof such as printers, laminaters, etc., are impeded or otherwise handicapped in their repetitive work. However, a uniquely positioned upright elongate-rod extending obliquely upwardly and slidably through theh respective reinforced perforations tiltably forces the individual tags'card main body into parallelism. With the aid of an upright abutment-plate having a frontal-face lying parallel to the elongate-rod plane and together with gradual upward elevation for the tags stack, successive uppermost tags are made readily available at constant-elevation for systems type users such as automatic printers, laminaters, etc.
