摘要： A system for easily refilling cutlery dispensers and other devices includes a stack of identical cutlery items maintained by a retaining structure that can be removed either before, during, or after installation, depending on the dispenser configuration. In a first aspect, the cutlery handles are nested and the retaining structure includes a single adhesive strip applied to only one side of the stack. In a second aspect, the retaining structure includes separate adhesive strips applied to each side of the stack. In a third aspect, the retaining structure comprises a band extending around the stack, removal of the band from the stack being facilitated by breaking of a frangible section of the band. In all aspects a pull-tab or other graspable element can be provided to facilitate removal of the support structure. The stacked cutlery may also be loaded into a caddy or into a tray.

摘要： A container for retaining and dispensing items allows the user to easily retrieve the items. The container is top dispensing and dispenses items through the use of one or more spring members, which biases a tray within the container. The container may include elongated slots that align with load assist holes on the tray, which in turn may receive a rod that enables a user to manually depress the tray and quickly load the container with the items. The container may also be used with different types of holders, which allows the container to be stored upright or sideways inside of temperature control units. The main body of the container may have rails that can be slidably received by the holders, allowing the user to use one or more containers in any given space. A system and a method for using the container is also disclosed.

摘要： A plastic cup dispensing cooler is described. Embodiments of the present invention include a cooler adapted to store and chill a plurality of plastic cups. The cooler can include a pair of spring-loaded cup dispensers with the dispensing end of the cup dispensers located on a top surface of the cooler. Typically, the spring-loaded cup dispensers can be located substantially within the cooler. To cool the plastic cups, the cooler can be filled with an ice and water mixture. The ice and water mixture can be implemented to chill the plastic cups to a temperature ranging from 34° F. to 40° F. Chilling the plastic cups can be implemented to limit waste created by foam formed from pouring a cold beverage into a substantially warmer cup.
