摘要: The invention relates to a strip consisting of an aluminum material for producing components with improved bending behavior and exacting shaping requirements, a method for producing the strip and the use of sheets produced from the strip according to the invention. The strip has a core layer of an AlMgSi alloy and at least one outer aluminum alloy layer arranged on one or both sides, made from a non-hardenable aluminum alloy, wherein the at least one outer aluminum layer has a lower tensile strength in the (T4) state than the AlMgSi layer, wherein the strip has a uniform strain (Ag) in the (T4) state of more than 23% transverse to the rolling direction and, at a thickness of 1.5 mm-1.6 mm, achieves a bending angle of less than 40° in a bending test.

摘要: The invention related to a flat, rolled semi-finished product made of an aluminum alloy. The aluminum alloys has the following alloy proportions in weight percentages: 2≦Mg≦5, Mn≦0.5 Cr≦0.35, Si≦0.4, Fe≦0.4, Cu≦0.3, Zn≦0.3, Ti≦0.15, other elements totaling no more than 0.15 and separately not exceeding 0.05, and the remainder consists of Al. The semifinished product is rolled from a bar (4) and, during the rolling process, is subjected to at least one intermediate tempering between two cold reduction passes and to a final soft-annealing in a chamber furnace (7, 9). The invention also relates to a method for producing said semi-finished product. A semi-finished product or this type doles not have any flow lines after shaping or deep-drawing if, according to the invention, the degree of reshaping before the first intermediate tempering is equal to at least 50% and, before the final soft-annealing, is no greater than 30%, and the semifinished product is drawn by 0.1 to 0.5% after the final soft-annealing.

The problem of providing an improved method for producing aluminum strip made of an AlMgSi alloy, with which AlMgSi strips having very good shaping behaviour can be produced reliably, is solved in that immediately after exit from the final rolling pass, the hot strip has a temperature of between more than 130° C., preferably 135° C., and at most 250° C., preferably at most 230° C., and the hot strip is wound up at this temperature.
