摘要: An outer package material for power storage devices, the outer package material being composed of a multilayer body which sequentially includes at least a base material layer, a barrier layer and a thermally fusible resin layer in this order, wherein: the barrier layer contains an aluminum alloy foil that has a composition containing 0.2% by mass to 2.0% by mass of Fe and 0.1% by mass to 5.0% by mass of Mg; and with respect to this aluminum alloy foil, the ratio of the length L1 of a high angle grain boundary to the length L2 of a low angle grain boundary per unit area as determined by a back scattering electron diffraction method satisfies the relational expression L1/L2>3.0.

摘要: Provided are new high strength 6xxx aluminum alloys and methods of making aluminum sheets thereof. These aluminum sheets may be used to fabricate components which may replace steel in a variety of applications including the transportation industry. In some examples, the disclosed high strength 6xxx alloys can replace high strength steels with aluminum. In one example, steels having a yield strength below 340 MPa may be replaced with the disclosed 6xxx aluminum alloys without the need for major design modifications.

摘要: A steel sheet with a metallic coating is provided. A composition of the metallic coating includes from 2.0 to 24.0% by weight of zinc, from 7.1 to 12.0% by weight of silicon, optionally from 1.1 to 8.0% by weight of magnesium, and optionally additional elements chosen from Pb, Ni, Zr, or Hf. The content by weight of each additional element is less than 0.3%. A balance of the composition is aluminum, unavoidable impurities and residual elements. A ratio Al/Zn is from 4.0 to 6.0.

The alloys are produced by continuous casting and can be hot rolled to a final gauge and/or a final temper. The alloys can be used in automotive, transportation, industrial, and electronics applications, just to name a few.

The proposed aluminum-based alloy comprising magnesium, zirconium and scandium for atomization an aluminum powder therefrom and subsequent producing finished parts by additive technologies has a reduced content of scandium and further comprises oxygen and calcium with a limited size of the oxide film and a moister content.

摘要: New 6xxx aluminum alloys having an improved combination of properties are disclosed. The new 6xxx aluminum alloy generally include from 0.30 to 0.53 wt. % Si, from 0.50 to 0.65 wt. % Mg wherein the ratio of wt. % Mg to wt. % Si is at least 1.0:1 (Mg:Si), from 0.05 to 0.24 wt. % Cu, from 0.05 to 0.14 wt. % Mn, from 0.05 to 0.25 wt. % Fe, up to 0.15 wt. % Ti, up to 0.15 wt. % Zn, up to 0.15 wt. % Zr, not greater than 0.04 wt. % V, and not greater than 0.04 wt. % Cr, the balance being aluminum and other elements.

摘要: The invention discloses a high-throughout continuous casting and rolling Al—Mg—Mn alloy plate for ships and the preparation process thereof. The chemical components of the Al—Mg—Mn alloy in percentage by mass percentage are: Mg: 0.80-2.80%, Mn: 0.00-1.40%, Zr: 0.10-0.50%, Cr: 0.15-0.35%, Sr: 0.00-0.10%, Er: 0.00-0.60%, Si: 0.10-0.40%, Cu: 0.01-0.10%, Ti: 0.01-0.05%, Fe: 0.00-0.40% and the rest is Al. The preparation processes mainly include smelting and melt treatment, continuous casting, continuous rolling and cold rolling. The invention solves the problems of easy segregation, low strength and toughness and poor formability in the preparation of high-throughout continuous casting and rolling Al—Mg—Mn plates for ships.
