摘要： The static mixer has a coupling section and a mixer housing in which mixer elements are arranged consecutively in the flow direction so as to be offset relative to one another by an angle, and are designed so as to apply an alternatingly directed rotation to the mixed material during the mixing operation. A mixer element has two transversal walls that are divided into sectors, the first transversal wall comprising sectors that are separated by an inflow separating wall directed to the inlet, and a separating wall directed to the outlet, the transitions between the sectors and the separating wall forming respective breakaway edges, the separating wall being arranged at an angle relative to the inflow separating wall, and the second transversal wall, which is divided into sectors, having an outflow separating wall directed to the outlet. Such a mixer allows a more efficient mixture particularly of very quickly reacting components and is also suitable for small dimensions as used in medicine.

The fastening area (6) of the cartridge (1) and the fastening areas (9) of the accessories (4) are configured such that the accessories are attachable to the cartridge by plugging them on without a twisting motion and removable therefrom by twisting them one relative to another. In a further developed embodiment, the parts comprise coding elements which serve as aligning means and for preventing that the accessory is plugged onto the cartridge in the wrong orientation. An assembly of this kind allows an easy attachment and removal of an accessory such as a mixer or a closure cap and can be produced inexpensively.

摘要： A discharge apparatus for discharging a fluid product comprises a housing (1) having an outlet (6) at a front housing end, a discharge member (3) which is mounted movably in the housing and the rear end of which protrudes from the rear housing end, and a mixing device (2) for mixing the fluid product inside the housing. The fluid product is provided in a housing volume (25) formed between the outlet and the discharge member. The fluid product is discharged through the outlet out of the housing by advancing the discharge member inside the housing from a rear position into a front position in the direction of the outlet. The mixing device comprises a mixing tube (11), which is mounted movably between the housing and the discharge member in the housing, and at least one mixing element (12), which is provided at the front end of the mixing tube and disposed inside the housing volume.

摘要： A mixing apparatus for mixing at least two components comprises a mixing chamber having a first component and at least one component chamber having a further component. The component chamber is connected to the mixing chamber by a feed line. A negative pressure device generates a negative pressure in the mixing chamber in the starting position. By activating the negative pressure device, the pressure is equalized, whereby the further component is transferred into the mixing chamber. A display apparatus is provided at the component chamber to display a pressure change in the component chamber. The display apparatus is preferably formed by elastic bellows provided at one end of the component chamber, which is disposed opposite of the end of the component chamber following the feed line.

摘要： A two-component syringe is provided with a valve assembly having a common inlet/outlet, the valve assembly being designed to selectively close the containers of the syringe or allow a liquid from the outside to be aspirated into one of the containers via the common inlet/outlet or connect the two containers to each other or allow a mixture to be dispensed through the common inlet/outlet. This valve assembly is composed of a valve body provided with a sealing disk having channels that are arranged such that the connections are established or interrupted when the valve body is rotated. The design of such a valve assembly is simple and cost-efficient, and it allows aspirating liquids into a container and transferring them to another container that holds a powder as well as dispensing multicomponent liquids or pastes efficiently and with minimum pressure and volume losses.

The inlet (48) for the second component having the smaller volumetric amount leads to at least one inlet opening (54) located in the area of the passage to the mixing chamber transversally to the axis of rotation. The mixer allows to obtain the correct mixing ratio from the beginning, as well as an optimum and largely bubble-free mixture, and this is achieved at a lower feed pressure, a lower torque, and a lower temperature increase than in conventional mixers.

The aim of the invention is to provide a system of the aforementioned kind wherein the closing cap is detachable fastened on the syringe or cartridge and the mixer is non-detachable fastened on the cartridge. For this purpose, the fastening means are configured accordingly. The inner bead on the closing cap, in the zone of transition to the cap interior, is provided with a bevelled section that rests on the retaining cams or the retaining bead of the cartridge, while the retaining means on the mixer engage behind the retaining means on the cartridge, thereby forming a non-detachable connection. The invention provides an inexpensive and yet reliable system for dispensing two components, especially for use in dental and medical technology.
