摘要: An apparatus for mixing a liquid comprise a base having an associated head located thereover, an elongate stirring member extending between top and bottom ends along an axis, wherein the top end is magnetically coupled with the head so as to suspend the elongate stirring member therefrom and wherein the bottom end includes at least two arms radially extending therefrom, and a rotary motor located within the base magnetically coupled to the at least two arms so as to cause the elongate stirring member to rotate with the rotary motor. A method for locating the elongate stirring member within the container, placing the container on the base at a mixing location so as to magnetically couple the stirring member with the head; and turning the rotary motor so as to cause the elongate stirring member to rotate with the rotary motor.

摘要: This mixing machine comprises a mixing head that attaches to a container, forming a closed mixing receptacle. The head is pivotably supported in a frame such that the closed mixing receptacle can pivot to perform the mixing. The mixing head also has a rotationally driven tool which cleans the bottom of the head, supplying a low-energy transport stream for material to at least one second tool carried by the head. The second tool performs the mixing and is located inside the movement path of the bottom-cleaning first tool. The first tool has a scoop positioned in the direction of rotation of the tool with its edge facing in the direction of rotation and outward in the radial direction. The first tool comprises a first scoop section, a second, wall-cleaning scoop section and a recess open toward its closure more remote from the wall through which the second tool passes during rotation of the first tool.

摘要: A flask for containing mold sand within it prevents any mold shifting or mold dropping. Each of an upper flask 2 and a lower flask 3 includes a body that defines an opening in which a sand mold is to be molded. The body has at least one inlet 101 for introducing the mold sand into the opening. Two flanges 102 are extended from the body such that they are opposed to each other across the opening. Each flange has a through bore. The flask also includes engaging members for engaging an actuator in the outside of the flask such that a force or forces from said actuator could be transmitted to the flask. An upper flask 104 and a lower flask 105 are opposed to each other across a pattern plate 107. They are integrally assembled to make a flask unit by means of a pair of connecting rods 106 that are fitted in each bore.

摘要: Apparatus for processing kitchen waste is disclosed. In some embodiments, the apparatus comprises an inlet for receiving the kitchen waste, a comminuter to comminute the received waste, a dewatering device to dewater the comminuted waste, a compressor to compress the dewatered comminuted waste, and an outlet to provide processed waste ready for collection, wherein the inlet has a lid moveable between a closed position and an open position and the inlet communicates with a hopper having an outlet, the hopper outlet communicating with the comminuter by a door mechanism, and wherein the door mechanism and the lid are interlocked such that the door mechanism opens to supply food waste to the comminuter only when the lid is in the closed position and such that the lid is openable to allow a user to add food waste into the hopper only when the door mechanism is closed.

摘要: A bone cement delivery system including a mixer, a reservoir for holding bone cement, a cannula that is connected to the reservoir and through which the bone cement is delivered into living tissue. A plunger that is advanced by a drive assembly, pushes the bone cement out of the delivery tube into the cannula for discharge from the cannula. A valve is located upstream of the cannula. A control unit regulates both drive assembly and the setting of the valve. The control unit is configured to, when deactivating the valve so as to stop the advancement of the plunger, close the valve. The closing of the valve reduces the extent to which the bone cement, which is under pressure continues to flow into and be discharged out of the cannula.

摘要: The invention relates to a kneader machine for alimentary doughs including a container provided with a tight lid and a rotor rotatably arranged in the container about a vertical rotation axis (A), wherein the rotor has a flat base consisting of a plurality of arms and a plurality of mixing paddles which extend from the arms in a vertical direction (V), and wherein the arms of the rotor have beveled surfaces formed along their peripheries on the sides intended to face a rotation direction of rotation (R) of the rotor. The mixing paddles have first and second mixing paddles configured so as to generate between them a whirling motion of the particles of the solid ingredients on a plane (P) passing through the rotation axis (A) of the rotor and perpendicular to its base. The invention also relates to a method of making an alimentary dough by using the kneader machine.

摘要: A steam stripping apparatus is provided that prevents adherence of crumbs to an inner wall of a crumbing tank, pipe blockages caused by reaggregated large particle size crumbs, clogging of a screen by small particle size crumbs, and slipping in an extruder, and which can operate over a long period of time. The crumbing tank includes a stir shaft and an impeller, and also has a baffle plate on an inner wall face. The impeller has a knife blade. The baffle plate has an approximately triangular cross-sectional shape having, on a cross section in a cylindrical lateral direction of the crumbing tank, a side face on each of an upstream side and a downstream side with respect to a flow direction of a fluid, and in which the upstream-side side face and the downstream-side side face meet to form an intersection point.
