Abstract:
A controlling method for an electronic cigarette with multiple output modes and an electronic cigarette are disclosed. The controlling method comprises receiving a first operation signal for switching between output modes when the electronic cigarette is in a standby state. An output mode is in a memory, the output mode corresponding to the first operation signal and displacing a previous output mode. When the electronic cigarette receives a smoking signal, outputs are controlled according to the output mode stored in the memory. Whether the smoking signal is interrupted is determined when the battery feeds power to the load. The electronic cigarette enters standby state when the smoking signal is interrupted, otherwise whether a duration of the smoking signal reaches a preset duration is determined. If yes, the load is stopped charging and a hint is generated for indicating that a working duration of the electronic cigarette is too long.

Abstract:
A method and a system for preserving privacy of a dataset are provided. In the method, a k-anonymity value with respect to a sensitive data field is determined according to at least one first quasi-identifier. Data entries in each group have the same value in the one or more fields of the first quasi-identifier and data entries in different groups have different values in the one or more fields of the first quasi-identifier. A first group and a second group among the plurality of groups are determined according to the reference number Kr, where the first group and the second group are merged into a merging group. The number of data entries in the merging group is not less than a reference number Kr. One or more fields of at least one first quasi-identifier is masked for the merging group.
Abstract:
A liquid crystal display unit including a pixel unit and a quasi-isotropic liquid crystal layer with Kerr effect is provided. The pixel unit includes sub-pixel units, each sub-pixel unit at least has a first transmissive region and a second transmissive region. Each sub-pixel unit includes a switch, a pixel electrode, and a common electrode. Each pixel electrode has first stripe patterns. The common electrode has second stripe patterns, wherein the first stripe patterns and the second stripe patterns are arranged alternately. In the first transmissive region, width of each first stripe pattern is L1, while a gap between each first stripe pattern and the corresponding second stripe pattern adjacent thereto is S1. In the second transmissive regions, width of each first stripe pattern is L2, while a gap between each first stripe pattern and the corresponding second stripe pattern adjacent thereto is S2, wherein L1≠L2 or S1≠S2 or L1/S1≠L2/S2.

A device and a method reads a circuit printed circuit (PCB) layout file, extracts arrangement information of all the interference source components and signal transmission lines of the PCB layout file, and selects a interference source component from the PCB layout file, then determines if there is any signal transmission line is laid under the selected interference source component.
Abstract:
A computer-based method and a computing device for checking differential pairs of a printed circuit board layout are provided. The computing device determines the via pitch between switching vias of a differential pair according to the coordinates of the centers of the switching vias, determines the via gap between the switching vias of adjacent two differential pairs according to the radius and the coordinates of the centers of the switching vias, and determines that the switching vias does not satisfy design standards if the via pitch does not fall in an input via pitch range, or the via gap does not fall in an input via gap range.
