The hollow part 30 is formed in a circular shape in section in the central part of a section of the hollow single core wire 20 and is formed in an extending direction, that is, a direction of a central axis of the hollow single core wire 20.     摘要: An electric wire and terminal connecting construction has an electric wire having an insulation covering portion where a conductor portion is covered with an insulation material and a conductor exposed portion where the insulation material on an end portion of the electric wire is removed, a terminal including a crimping portion crimped to the conductor exposed portion to thereby be connected to the electric wire, and a seal portion covering the conductor exposed portion exposed from the terminal, wherein the seal portion has an external resin portion forming an outer surface side of the seal portion and made from a thermoplastic resin and an internal resin portion made from a thermoplastic resin of which a fusing point is lower than that of the external resin portion and forming an inner surface side of the seal portion, and is divided so as to be attached to the conductor exposed portion.

    摘要: By a wire end joining method, conductors are integrally joined to each other by applying ultrasonic vibration in a predetermined direction to a conductor bundle obtained by bundling the conductors exposed from a plurality of wires. In a conductor bundle forming process, the conductor bundle is formed by bundling the conductors while interposing metallic foils or plates between the conductors adjacent in a predetermined direction which is an applying direction of the ultrasonic vibration. In an ultrasonic joining process, the conductors are integrally joined to each other by applying the ultrasonic vibration to the formed conductor bundle while pressing the formed conductor bundle in the predetermined direction.

    摘要: An earth cable connecting structure of a shielded electric wire for connecting a shield layer of the shielded electric wire to an earth cable. The shielded electric wire includes an inner insulating layer covering a core wire, the shield layer provided in an outer periphery of the inner insulating layer and an outer insulating layer covering the shield layer. A first crimping part is crimped to the shield layer of a part from which the outer insulating layer is removed. A second crimping part is crimped to a core wire of the earth cable in an outer surface side opposite to an inner surface of the first crimping part which faces the shield layer. The first crimping part and the second crimping part are formed integrally.

    摘要: There is provided an earth cable connecting structure of a shielded electric wire for connecting a shield layer of the shielded electric wire to an earth cable. The shielded electric wire includes an inner insulating layer covering a core wire, the shield layer provided in an outer periphery of the inner insulating layer and an outer insulating layer covering the shield layer. A first crimping part is crimped to the shield layer of a part from which the outer insulating layer is removed. A second crimping part is crimped to a core wire of the earth cable in an outer surface side opposite to an inner surface of the first crimping part which faces the shield layer.
