摘要: A core electric wire for a multicore cable. The core electric wire includes a conductor composed of a plurality of elemental wires twisted together and an insulating layer coating a circumference of the conductor. The insulating layer includes a first component and a second component, the first component being high density polyethylene, the second component being at least one selected from the group consisting of a copolymer of ethylene and an α-olefin having a carbonyl group, and very-low density polyethylene. The first component has a content ratio of 10% by mass or more and 60% by mass or less to a total content of the polyethylene-based resin, and the second component has a content ratio of 20% by mass or more and 80% by mass or less to the total content of the polyethylene-based resin.

摘要: A process for welding a conductor onto a workpiece includes providing the conductor including a first metal, providing the workpiece including a second metal, removing an insulation of the conductor over a predetermined length, and forming a bead in a stripped region of the conductor. The conductor is held down on the workpiece to produce a mechanical contact in a welding region between the conductor and the workpiece. The welding region is arranged in a region of the bead. The conductor is laser welded to the workpiece in the welding region.

摘要: Disclosed herein is a method for forming a cable configured to convey neuron signals. The method can include forming two longitudinal halves of the cable and bonding the two longitudinal halves together. Each of the two longitudinal halves can be formed on a respective substrate and includes a plurality of groups of conductive traces each in a respective layer of the respective longitudinal half. Each respective group of the plurality of groups of conductive traces can formed by depositing a respective insulating layer, patterning the respective insulating layer, depositing a respective conductive layer over at least a portion of the patterned insulating layer, patterning the respective conductive layer into the respective group of conductive traces. Each respective layer of the respective longitudinal half can have a width smaller than a layer formed prior to the respective layer, and can have a thickness that is within a range of 2 microns and 10 microns.

摘要: A busbar for use in mechanically and electrically connecting components in a device or system. The busbar includes a plurality of conductors arranged to provide two opposed end portions and an intermediate portion, wherein each of the conductors has a plurality of intermediate extents that traverse the intermediate portion. The intermediate portion including: (A) an unfused segment where no intermediate extents of the conductors are fused together to form a single consolidated conductor, and (B) a fused segment that includes (i) a partial solidification zone where a majority of the intermediate extents of the conductors are fused together to form a partially solidified region that provides a single consolidated conductor, (ii) a full solidification zone where all of intermediate extents of the conductors are fused together to form a fully solidified region that provides a single consolidated conductor, and (iii) an unsolidified region where all of the intermediate extents of the conductors are not fused together.

In each of the cross-sections of the conductor of the flat portion and the low-flatness portion, deformation ratios of the elemental wires from a circle at width directional end parts, which corresponds to regions facing an outer periphery of the conductor at both ends of the flat shape in a width direction, are lower than the deformation ratios of the elemental wires at a center parts of the conductor.

By means of such an arrangement, the coefficient of thermal conductivity of the first paint layer and the second paint layer reaches 2 to 10 W/(m·K), and therefore, the thermal conduction performance of the conductive wire can be remarkably improved, and the thermal conduction wire has an advantage of a good thermal conduction effect, with timely heat dissipation.
