    摘要: A busbar for use in mechanically and electrically connecting components in a device or system. The busbar includes a plurality of conductors arranged to provide two opposed end portions and an intermediate portion, wherein each of the conductors has a plurality of intermediate extents that traverse the intermediate portion. The intermediate portion including: (A) an unfused segment where no intermediate extents of the conductors are fused together to form a single consolidated conductor, and (B) a fused segment that includes (i) a partial solidification zone where a majority of the intermediate extents of the conductors are fused together to form a partially solidified region that provides a single consolidated conductor, (ii) a full solidification zone where all of intermediate extents of the conductors are fused together to form a fully solidified region that provides a single consolidated conductor, and (iii) an unsolidified region where all of the intermediate extents of the conductors are not fused together.

    摘要: An insulated electric wire includes a flat portion and a low-flatness portion along an axial direction x, having elemental wires constituting a conductor and an insulation coating being continuous with one another. An outer shape of the conductor of the flat portion in a cross-section perpendicular to the axial direction x of the insulated electric wire takes a flat shape, and an outer shape of the conductor of the low-flatness portion takes a shape with flatness lower than the flat portion. In each of the cross-sections of the conductor of the flat portion and the low-flatness portion, deformation ratios of the elemental wires from a circle at width directional end parts, which corresponds to regions facing an outer periphery of the conductor at both ends of the flat shape in a width direction, are lower than the deformation ratios of the elemental wires at a center parts of the conductor.

    摘要: A conductive wire, a conductive coil, and a conductive device, wherein in the conductive wire, an aluminum oxide-coated nano-carbon fiber is added to a first paint layer, and a silver-coated nano-carbon fiber is added to a second paint layer. By means of such an arrangement, the coefficient of thermal conductivity of the first paint layer and the second paint layer reaches 2 to 10 W/(m·K), and therefore, the thermal conduction performance of the conductive wire can be remarkably improved, and the thermal conduction wire has an advantage of a good thermal conduction effect, with timely heat dissipation.
