摘要： An image forming apparatus places restriction on a print job. A memory stores a plurality of items of first print job information and corresponding print restriction levels. A print job information obtaining section obtains a plurality of items of second print job information from the print job. A restriction level selecting section reads the print restriction levels from the memory by using the items of second print information. The restriction level selecting section selects the highest one of the print restriction levels. A printing section prints print data contained in the print job at the selected highest one of the print restriction levels. The second print restriction levels may be lower in restriction level than the first print restriction levels. The user may be advised of a third printing format if the highest one of the first print restriction levels indicates that the print job is restricted.

摘要： An image forming apparatus which executes an image creation on the basis of image creation data including a first document identifier has: an input unit which inputs the image creation data; a storing unit which previously stores a second document identifier for limiting an output; and a discriminating unit which discriminates permission or inhibition of the output on the basis of the second document identifier stored in the storing unit and the first document identifier included in the inputted image creation data. The image creation is performed on the basis of only the image creation data which has previously been permitted, thereby preventing the unnecessary image creation from being executed.

摘要： An image forming apparatus places restriction on a print job. A memory stores a plurality of items of first print job information and corresponding print restriction levels. A print job information obtaining section obtains a plurality of items of second print job information from the print job. When a received MAC address coincides with its own MAC address held in the computer, print data is transmitted to the printer having the received IP address and the held own IP address of the printer is updated by the received IP address.

摘要： An image processing apparatus of the present invention includes an output device information that selects an output device for outputting the image information and a limited information for limiting an output of the image information and includes an output allowance determination section for comparing the output device information with the limited information to determine the output to be allowed or not allowed by the image forming apparatuses as the output devices. Accordingly, no setting is required for the plurality of image forming apparatuses as the output devices for outputting the image information since the image processing apparatus can determines whether or not the printing apparatus can output. This allows an administrator for easy setting operation.
