摘要： Provided is a cryogen supply and return apparatus and a superconducting rotating electric machine, comprising stationary and rotatable members arranged out of contact with each other, preventing an increase of maintenance cost or a temperature increase of the cryogen which would be caused by contacts of the members. A cylinder 20 has on its outer peripheral surface ring-like recesses or grooves regularly or irregularly spaced in the longitudinal direction or spiral recesses or grooves continuously or discontinuously extending in the peripheral direction, to resist helium gas flowing through a cylindrical space between the cylinder 20 and the inner tube 14b of the second double tube member and, as a result, to control a leakage of the helium gas from the cylindrical space.

摘要： Gas manifolds which are excellent in both phosphoric acid proof and electric insulation and which have sufficient corrosion proof over a long period are provided. A resin sheet with high phosphoric acid proof is folded to have a size smaller than that of the corner sections of the inner plane of gas manifolds by the size corresponding to a thermal expansion, and the folded planes are thermally compressed in air tight to form box-shaped linings. These linings are applied to the inner planes of the gas manifolds. Patches are thermally compressed to the outer surface of the bottom section of the linings and each patch is fitted loosely with a male hook or a female hook. A female hook or a male hook for engaging with the hook on each patch is fitted on the inner plane of the gas manifolds at an opposing position. The linings can be fixed to the gas manifolds engageably and disengageably by these hooks.

摘要： In liquid cooled dynamoelectric machine having a hollow rotor shaft, and cooling water supplying and exhausting tube assembly of a concentric construction extended in the rotor shaft, there are provided a stationary frame provided around a portion of the tube assembly extending outwardly from one end of the rotor shaft, the stationary frame defining therein a liquid-tight chamber communicated with a cooling water exhaust portion of the tube assembly, pipes for supplying and exhausting cooling water provided through the stationary frame, and sealing means for sealing gaps between the stationary frame and the tube assembly.
