摘要： The object of the present invention is to provide a conductive roll having high resistance to permanent set and high resistance to adhesion. The conductive roll 1 has a rubber elastic portion formed of a rubber material including a carbon-carbon double bond and exhibiting electric conductivity. The surface of the rubber elastic portion is exposed as the surface of the roll. An organic group including one or more groups selected from silicone groups and fluorine-containing groups is bonded through an isocyanuric acid skeleton to the surface of the rubber elastic portion. The organic group may be a group derived from an organic compound including one or more groups selected from silicone groups and fluorine-containing groups and having a carbon-carbon double bond.

摘要： Radio resources for maintaining a communication channel can be used efficiently by synchronously controlling a communication channel establishment process and a Registration process by SIP. If a SIP server 1A obtains a request message by SIP from a calling terminal device in a state in which a communication channel has not been established and a state in which a SIP transaction has not been established (step SO), a short message for prompting communication channel establishment and a Registration process is sent to a called terminal device 2B (steps S8 to S11). Then, a process for establishing a communication channel is performed (steps S17 and S18), and a process for establishing a SIP transaction is performed after the communication channel establishment process is performed (steps S19 and S20). By performing processes in this manner, when there is a request from the calling terminal, a control signal can be sent to prompt establishment of the communication channel and the Registration process and the transaction can be established.

摘要： Subject to user's setting in PoC group communication, the user address of that user is set to non notification against other users. In case of starting PoC group communication, a PoC subscriber selects non notification subjects and transmits a PoC session commencement request. At that time, the caller sets his own address and/or address/addresses of all or a part of users to non notification. On a user designated as a non notification subject due to the caller's setting, PoC terminal apparatuses in receipt of a PoC session commencement request or PoC communication service controlling apparatuses undergo non notification setting processing. On a called party not selected as non notification subject users, if he/she sets his/her own user address to non notification in advance, likewise non notification processing is implemented. Even after a PoC session is established, each user can set his/her own user address to non notification and non notification service complying with user's intention is providable.
