    摘要: The present invention is directed to providing a mobile communication method and a priority control node which provide information such as cell IDs from an EPC network to an IMS platform. According to the mobile communication method of the present invention, a call control node (P-CSCF) transmits an AAR signal of the Diameter Base Protocol to a priority control node (PCRF), the priority control node (PCRF) identifies a session of the LTE network, and the priority control node (PCRF) transmits an AAA signal of the Diameter Base Protocol in response to the AAR signal of the Diameter Base Protocol, and the serving cell ID of a mobile terminal, to the call control node (P-CSCF).

    摘要: A communication system and communication method with which an incoming call processing can be prevented from falling into a loop state when a communication mode for the incoming call destination is determined. When an inquiry reception unit receives an inquiry signal representing an incoming call destination inquiry from a GMSC, a flag judgment unit judges whether an identification flag has been added. In cases where judgment is made that an identification flag has not been added, a response unit sends back a routing number of a CCCF/NeDS assigned to the GMSC and, in cases where judgment is made that an identification flag has been added, a VMSC inquiry unit acquires in-range information regarding the mobile device from a VMSC which is a visited mobile-services switching center, and the acquired in-range information acquired by the response unit is sent back to the GMSC.

In the PoC server which controls a floor in a PoC communication, a floor is put in an idle state in a PoC communication after a session establishing process required in the PoC communication. In case of starting PoC group communication, a PoC subscriber selects non notification subjects and transmits a PoC session commencement request. At that time, the caller sets his own address and/or address/addresses of all or a part of users to non notification. On a user designated as a non notification subject due to the caller's setting, PoC terminal apparatuses in receipt of a PoC session commencement request or PoC communication service controlling apparatuses undergo non notification setting processing. On a called party not selected as non notification subject users, if he/she sets his/her own user address to non notification in advance, likewise non notification processing is implemented. Even after a PoC session is established, each user can set his/her own user address to non notification and non notification service complying with user's intention is providable.

    摘要: Time required before PoC communication starts, in the case where a communication channel on the destination side has not been established, is shortened, and convenience of users is enhanced. A request for establishing a communication channel used for PoC communication is sent from a terminal TA. Immediately after receiving this request, call processing for establishing a communication channel to a terminal TC other than the terminal TA is started. In parallel with this call processing, processing after sending a response to the request is performed. Thereby, response to a communication channel connection request, SIP Registration processing and Invitation processing on the originating side and the processing on the destination side are performed in parallel, so that connection time can be shortened, and PoC communication can be started early.
