    摘要: A composition in which a preparation of the composition itself has an excellent disintegratability in the right place and excellent active ingredient releasability within the digestive tract, the active ingredient and the preparation itself have long-term stability, excellent ease of operation such as manufacturability and filling into containers, an amount sufficient for achieving physiological effects can be easily taken and swallowed, and can be absorbed rapidly from the digestive tract, thus the physiological effect can be expected. The composition is an easy-release jelly composition containing an emulsified polyvalent unsaturated fatty acid or derivative thereof in an amount exceedingly 10 mass % and further containing an emulsifying agent and a gallant. The easy-release jelly composition includes an emulsified polyunsaturated fatty acid or derivative thereof in an amount greater than 10 wt %, an emulsifying agent, and a gelling agent.

    摘要: Provided is a sputtering target of ferromagnetic material comprising a metal having a composition containing 20 mol % or less of Cr, and Co as the remainder; wherein the target structure includes a phase (A) which is a basis metal, and metal phases (B) having a component composition different from the peripheral texture within the phase (A), the area ratio occupied by oxides within 1 μm from the most outer periphery of metal phases (B) is 80% or less, and the average grain size of the metal phases (B) is 10 μm or more and 150 μm or less. Provided is a sputtering target of ferromagnetic material capable of inhibiting the generation of particles during sputtering, and improving the pass-through flux to achieve a stable electrical discharge with a magnetron sputtering device.

    摘要: A sputtering target of nonmagnetic-particle-dispersed ferromagnetic material is provided having a phase (A) such that nonmagnetic particles are dispersed in a ferromagnetic material formed from a Co—Cr alloy containing 5 at % or more and 20 at % or less of Cr and Co as the remainder thereof, and schistose textures (B) with a short side of 30 to 100 μm and a long side of 50 to 300 μm formed from a Co—Cr alloy phase in the phase (A); wherein each of the foregoing nonmagnetic particles has such a shape and size that the particle is smaller than all hypothetical circles with a radius of 1 μm around an arbitrary point within the nonmagnetic particle, or a shape and size with at least two contact points or intersection points between the respective hypothetical circles and the interface of the ferromagnetic material and the nonmagnetic material.

The terminal structure includes: a terminal having: a conductor layer containing at least one metal selected from gold, silver, and copper; a first layer containing nickel and phosphorus, laid on the conductor layer; a second layer having a smaller atomic ratio of nickel to phosphorus than the first layer and containing Ni3P, laid on the first layer; a third layer containing a first intermetallic compound of an Ni—P—Sn type, laid on the second layer; and a fourth layer containing a second intermetallic compound of an Ni—Cu—Sn type, laid on the third layer; and a solder layer on the fourth layer of the terminal. Ra2 is larger than Ra1, where Ra1 is a surface roughness of the third layer on the second layer side and Ra2 is a surface roughness of the third layer on the fourth layer side.

    摘要: A pattern recognition device executes feature selection using a feature selection table. High recognition performance is possible by dimensionally lowering an n-dimensional feature vector. A feature selecting table generating section for generating a feature selecting table in a manner so that when features with up to pth priority (p·0) have been described in the feature selecting table, an additional feature selected from additional feature candidates for which no corresponding priorities have been assigned, among the n features, is added with (p+1)th priority. A recognition dictionary generating section determines the additional feature to be added with the (p+1)th priority and a (p+1)-dimensional reference vector having (p+1) features so that a loss (R) indicating risk that the input data is identified to be in a different class becomes minimum, notifies the determined additional feature to the feature selecting table generating section, and generates a recognition dictionary based on the (p+1)-dimensional reference vector.

    摘要: A sintered compact sputtering target is provided and contains Co and Cr as metal components and includes oxides dispersed in the structure formed of the metal components. The structure of the sputtering target has a region (A) containing Co oxides dispersed in Co and a region (D) containing Cr oxides in a periphery of the region (A). In addition a method of producing the above referenced sintered compact sputtering target is provided and includes the steps of mixing a powder prepared by pulverizing a sintered compact containing Co oxide dispersed in Co, a Co powder, and a Cr power and pressure-sintering the resulting powder mixture to provide a sputtering target.
