    摘要: A carrier tape according to the present invention includes a plurality of tape carrier packages provided at a regular interval on a lengthy insulating tape, a first and a second integrated circuit device respectively and mounted to each of the plurality of tape carrier packages. Further, a connecting line electrically short-circuits only between one of terminals for the first integrated circuit device and one of terminals for the second integrated circuit device. This configuration prevents the integrated circuit devices from being damaged by discharged static electricity as well as allows to conduct a performance test on the integrated circuit devices such as checking for input/output of a signal by applying a probe pin to an input or output pin.

    摘要: Manufacturing method enabling optimal volume oil-fill even where differing from bearing to bearing due to machining fluctuations in volume-production dynamic pressure bearings. In a first charging method, injection of oil is divided into two cycles. The first is carried out under reduced pressure, following which the pressure is raised a predetermined amount to force the oil into the bearing gap. The oil-fill status is thereupon checked, the shortage is reckoned, and in the second cycle the shortage is injected. In a second charging method, in a first cycle a surplus volume is injected under reduced pressure and the pressure is raised a predetermined amount to force the oil into the bearing gap. Following that, what is in excess of the appropriate amount is removed from the bearing. The first cycle of injection and the pressure elevation may be implemented multiple times, in between which repeat pressure-reduction can be carried out.

    摘要: A circuit and method for judging short-circuit defect with time passing in the case of a high voltage system. A detection-dedicated wiring for detecting a short-circuit defect is provided between a first high voltage system wiring and a second high voltage wiring. A power supply and a ammeter is connected in series and one end of it is connected to the high voltage system wiring and the other end of it is connected to the detection-dedicated wiring. If a current value is higher than a predetermined value when the power supply is turned on, one can judge that the circuit has high possibility of the short-circuit defect by time passing.

    摘要: A circuit and method for judging a latent short-circuit defect, also known as a short-circuit defect with time passing, in the case of a high voltage system. A detection-dedicated wiring for detecting a short-circuit defect is provided between a first high voltage system wiring and a second high voltage wiring.
