摘要： The invention provides novel uses of sequence-specific or sequence-directed endonucleases for molecular plant breeding. The invention also provides novel plant transformation vectors and expression cassettes, which include novel combinations of an endonuclease with plant expression and transformation elements. Plants and derivatives thereof produced by such methods are also provided.
