摘要: A method for manufacturing a bending-tolerant multilayered flexible circuit board (FPC) suitable for use in a disposable biosensor chip includes manufacturing and bending a single-sided FPC. The single-sided FPC includes a base layer, a wiring layer, and through holes. The wiring layer includes first and second wiring areas. A first bending area is formed between each first wiring area and the corresponding second wiring area, the through holes forming an easy bending line. The second wiring area is bent relative to the first wiring area along the bending line to obtain the multilayered FPC.

摘要: A method for manufacturing a flex-tolerant three-dimensional printed antenna suitable for use in an electronic device provides a three-dimensional printed antenna with base layer, radiation layer, through holes, and feeder. The radiation layer includes a first radiation region, at least one second radiation region, and a feed end. A region between the first and second radiation regions is defined as a bent region. The radiation layer is formed by a screen-printing plate by a planar printing process. The through holes on the bent region form a line for bending. The feeder is electrically connected to the feed end. The second radiation region is canted from the bending line with respect to the first radiation region to form the three-dimensional printed antenna. The three-dimensional printed antenna and an electronic device are also disclosed.

The heating structure can make the heating temperature of the heating area more uniform and stable. The heating area of the heating structure has a lower heat loss and a higher heating efficiency.

摘要: An electrowetting on dielectric (EWOD) device able to self-detect a movement of a droplet under test includes a detection chip, a power switch module, a detection module, and a determination module. The detection chip includes a channel, several driving electrodes, and a detection electrode. Each driving electrode can couple with the detection electrode to form a driving loop. The power switch module provides one of a first voltage and a second voltage, to rock the droplet along, and a third voltage can also be applied to a specified driving electrode. The detection module computes a capacitance recovery time of the detection voltage changing from a peak voltage to a reference voltage in one cycle of a voltage period. The determination module confirms a position of the droplet based on the recovery time. A method for a self-detecting a movement of the droplet in EWOD device is also disclosed.

摘要: A liquid transfer device includes a transfer unit, a reaction chamber, and a collecting unit. The collecting unit receives a sample solution. The transfer unit includes a piston assembly, a pipette, and a reagent adding unit, a portion of the piston assembly is received in the pipette. The piston assembly moves back and forth along the pipette and the reagent adding unit can receive a reagent. In a first state, the transfer unit is disposed above the collecting unit. In moving away from the collecting unit, the piston deforms the pipe to intake a sample. In a second state, the piston assembly can move closer to the reaction chamber to deform the pipe and release the reacted sample.
