Abstract: In general, systems and techniques for managing and updating medical information are described. In one example, a computer-implemented method for managing medical information is described. The method includes receiving current diagnostic information that includes one or more current individual diagnoses for a patient, comparing the current diagnostic information to prior diagnostic information that includes one or more prior individual diagnoses for the patient, determining one or more possible errors in the current diagnostic information based on the comparison, and generating an alert associated with each possible error of the one or more possible errors.
