The bispecific antibody may have high binding affinity to both of a B7-H4 protein (e.g., a human, monkey and mouse B7-H4 protein) and a 4-1BB protein (e.g., a human, monkey and mouse 4-1BB protein). The present disclosure also provides an anti-B7-H4 antibody specifically binds to B7-H4 protein.
