Abstract: An optical connecting system for connecting a first and a second optical device includes a first and a second multi-fiber device connector included in the first and second optical device and a multi-fiber optical connection cable including a plurality of optical fibers and having a first and a second multi-fiber cable connector at a first and second end thereof and being adapted to be connected to the first and second multi-fiber device connector.
