Abstract: Disclosed herein is a device intended to be mounted on a base for actuating a cosmetic product application receptacle, in particular a cosmetic product stick. The device is designed to get the cosmetic product out by at least one rotational movement. The device includes at least one guide, a cup intended to receive the cosmetic product and a sheath, the sheath including internally at least one helical groove and the guide being rotatably mounted in the sheath, the rotation of the guide relative to the sheath causing an axial movement of the cup between a fully extended position and a fully retracted position, the device including at least one means for rotationally locking the guide relative to the sheath when the cup is in the fully extended position and/or the fully retracted position and/or close to being in the fully extended position and/or the fully retracted position.
