Abstract: The present disclosure is directed to pharmaceutical compositions comprising apraclonidine and a polymer, wherein the apraclonidine is present at greater than 0.05% (w/v) to no more than 0.2% (w/v) based on the total volume of the pharmaceutical composition, methods of preparing the same and methods for reducing ocular redness by administering the same.
